The Directorate of Social Welfare after the KNOCK by the WB Information Commission http://wbic.gov.in/Recent_Decisions/2010/Jan-%20Mar/Jan-%20Mar/259-Dr.%20Debasish%20Kundu.doc  and other authorities DESTROYED the SERVICE BOOK of my demised mother, several appeals sent to concerned authorities failed to evoke any concrete step against these highly paid Public Servants who offer such NOBLE WELFARE SERVICE to Legal Heirs of  Deceased Government Employees.
